PCGEN ClientOps Hub is built to keep customer work visible, structured, and ready for handover. It connects project tracking, Microsoft 365 access, customer documentation, incident reports, backup reports, exports, and admin controls in one secure workspace.

Why it exists

Built so client information is not scattered across chats, folders, notes, and memory.

The system gives PCGEN a standard way to record what was done, who initiated it, what is still open, which customer it belongs to, and where the formal documentation or billing export can be found.

Track every project with custom IDs, status, creation date, initiator, Planner link, tasks, subtasks, assignees, completion percentage, and exports.
